Our mission is to:
- Inspire and connect with the local Hempfield community of by educating residents on local current affairs.
- Lead in the recruitment and election of principled conservative Republicans through effective communication, community outreach, and motivation of the electorate.
- Empower Republicans to grow the party and uphold its founding principles, ensuring the preservation of freedom, prosperity, and opportunity for all.
We are the Grand Opportunity Party — the party of hard workers, lovers of freedom, and protectors of family. We believe in individual rights and responsibilities, safe communities, excellent educational opportunities, parents’ rights, secure borders, and limited government.
We work to promote the ideals upon which our country and party were founded: freedom, liberty, personal responsibility, and opportunity — for all.

- Your local Republican Party consists of men and women who live throughout Hempfield area. These committee people are your closest connection to the Republican Party.
- Every two years, Registered Republicans vote for their committee representatives (one male and one female) in their neighborhood.
- There are 26 neighborhood areas or "districts" inside the Hempfield area. With 52 committee members, we the largest local committees in Lancaster County. (There are 17 Republican Committees in Lancaster County which are organized by school district boundaries.)
